When you use Tali to track your time, your data is stored securely. We will not share or sell your data to a third party. In the case of a sale of the company, we will inform you about any transfer of data and offer you the opportunity to download your data and optionally delete it from our system.

This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, that you provide to us, or that is provided to us by a subscriber to our services (under the brand name ’Tali’), will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. Information We may Collect from You

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site www.telltali.com (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, participate in any discussion boards, forums or other social media functions on our site or enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site. We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Some of our pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to/from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our site. Please be aware that you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to www.telltali.com.

Referral Service

On our App website which is for Subscribers to our service and their users only, we offer a referral service. You can choose to provide us with the names and email addresses of individuals who you feel would be interested in learning more about our products and services in exchange for rewards. We send a preliminary email to each address provided to us in this way, inviting the contact to visit our website. We continue to store the contact details in order to track the success of our referral service, but no further communication with that individual will take place unless they contact us expressing interest in our products and services. The preliminary email allows the individual to request that their contact details be removed from our database and they may also contact us at any time at [email protected] to make the same request.

User Access and Choice

Three Matts, Inc. will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you reasonable access to any of your personally identifying information we maintain within 30 days of your access request. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove, ask to have it removed from a public forum, directory or testimonial on our site or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing our Customer Support at [email protected] or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
